"Aaj fir jeene ki tamanna hai, aaj fir marne ka irada hai.."
What kept me hooked was Rosy's free spirit. She was not happy with her husband's disloyalty and disinterest in her. She protested. Given the option to spend the rest of her life with him or stand for herself, she chose the latter and when she had made the choice she confronted him and boldly told him the truth...
But what i didnt like was that the choice came from outside not from within..Feeling rejected and helpless she had tried twice to kill herself. but given release period of 1960's it seems to be a bold movie for that era.
P.S- Waheeda's acting was superb and remided me of Kangana. Songs are meaningful and melodious.
It is the story of a free spirited woman and her supportive lover. She was already married to a rich man who didn't approve of her passion i.e dancing.
